Return Policy

You can ask to return items within 7 days of delivery when:

• Doesn't match the description or condition grade
• Arrived damaged
• Wrong item received

How to return

Open your order page (the link is in your order confirmation email, or under My account) and choose Request a return. You can return part of an order. We'll review the request and email you the next steps.

If an item arrived damaged or isn't as described, please also send photos to WhatsApp or support@m4mine.in with your return number.

Exchanges

If the same item is in stock in another size at the same price, you can ask for an exchange instead of a refund. Most of our pieces are one of a kind, so many items can only be returned for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method (or by UPI or bank transfer for cash on delivery orders) within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving and checking the item.
